Each year we create an Impact Report to share with our donors and community, highlighting the meaningful difference these $5,000 grants are making across our region. Your organization’s story is an essential part of demonstrating how philanthropy transforms lives in North Florida. To help us showcase your work, we have included a few short questions below about the program your organization supported with these grant dollars. Your responses will allow us to tell a compelling story about your impact and inspire continued support for this program. Please note that your story (or portions of it) may be shared publicly. For confidentiality, you are welcome to use first names or initials only when providing quotes or client stories. We kindly ask that you submit your responses by December 30, 2026.
