Sarah S. Butters is a Shareholder at the law firm of Ausley & McMullen in Tallahassee, Florida. She is also an adjunct professor at Florida State University College of Law, where she has taught wills and trust related courses since 2010. She is experienced in trust and estates litigation; the preparation of wills, trusts, and complex estate plans; and the administration of probates and trusts. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estates Counsel and is the current Chair-Elect for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
