Will Reynolds

William Reynolds is a Portfolio Manager for Investment Grade Credit in the Fixed Income group of the Florida State Board of Administration (the “SBA”). Prior to joining the SBA, William served as the Director of Debt and Investment Management for Florida State University from 2023 to 2025. Prior to joining Florida State University, William worked at the Florida Division of Bond Finance as a financial analyst from 2015 to 2023. In his role at the SBA, William manages a portfolio of investment grade bonds within various market sectors for the benefit of the Florida Retirement System Defined-Benefit/Pension Plan members. William earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and his Master degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Florida State University. William also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
