Prior to joining the Municode team in 2017, Blaine served as a Senior Tax Manager at a top Tallahassee CPA firm, working closely with Municode as the company’s tax consultant and external auditor.
A motivating leader, effective communicator and problem solver, Blaine holds degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Flagler College; he is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Florida.
