Terrance Davis is a Portfolio Manager in the Strategic Investments asset class at the State Board of Administration of Florida (SBA). Terrance started his career at the SBA in 2000 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for the Domestic Equities asset class. He left in 2004 to join a start-up money management firm in Atlanta, GA and ultimately rejoined the SBA in 2009 as a Fixed Income Analyst. In 2013, Terrance was promoted to Portfolio Manager and transferred to the Strategic Investments asset class. He is currently responsible for the management and oversight of the SBA’s investments in timberland, infrastructure, royalties, private credit, real estate credit and hedge fund strategies. Terrance earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master degrees in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
