Murray Moore is a partner with Pennington, P.A., where he has practiced law for 28 years. He primarily represents and advises health care providers and nonprofit entities. He serves as General Counsel to Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. and advises TMH and other health care providers (including but not limited to physicians, nurses, physician extenders, clinics, ambulatory surgical centers and hospitals) with regard to a myriad of state and federal health law and regulatory issues. He also enjoys advising other nonprofit organizations and continues to draw on his early background in real estate and transactional matters. Murray has enjoyed giving back to the community through service to the Legal Aid Foundation of the Tallahassee Bar Association, Trinity United Methodist Church, Leadership Tallahassee (Class XII), Goodwood Museum and Gardens and Maclay School, where he served on the Board of Trustees as the Immediate Past Chair. Murray earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University (B.A. in Economics and Spanish) in 1987 and graduated from The Florida State University College of Law in 1989.
