Mark Haney and I shared a vision of providing quality legal guidance to clients in a manner that fostered trust and created friendships. For that reason, we decided to embark on our own venture, and form Haney Holloway, PLLC. Today, our law practice thrives on the vision we started the firm with and is steadily growing. Both Mark and I are AV rated lawyers by Martindale Hubbell.
I am licensed to practice law in Florida, Nevada and Utah. My practice areas include Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements, Probate, General Business and Corporate Law and Business Succession Planning. I have worked extensively in the estate planning arena with business and professional clients for over 17 years. In my practice, I have represented a wide and diverse range of clients from those with moderate means to those with more substantial wealth.
Prior to the establishment of Haney Holloway, I was a partner in a prominent Tallahassee law firm. After graduating from high school, I served a 2 year church mission, to Concepcion, Chile. Upon returning from my mission, I obtained an AA degree in 1992 from Chipola College, followed by a B.S. degree from the University of Utah in 1996, and my J.D., Cum Laude from Florida State in 1998. Upon graduating from Florida State, I began my legal career in Las Vegas, Nevada. After practicing law for 5 years in Las Vegas, I returned to law school to obtain a Masters of Law Degree (LLM ) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami in 2005 before finally returning home to the Florida Panhandle.
Haney Holloway was founded on the ideal that there is a need for a boutique law firm that caters to businesses and professionals from startup to succession planning, and everything in-between. We aspire to provide exceptional legal guidance to our clients in an economical and timely manner. Respect for our team, clients, and local community is a strong tenet of ours, and long term connections are what we strive for.
