Todd Sperry is a Principal and Co-Founder of OliverSperry Renovation & Construction, a leading Commercial General Contractor established in Tallahassee. Todd’s official role is VP and CFO. The UF Building Construction graduate has 40 years of Commercial Construction and Development experience, as well as nearly 30 years of Business-Management experience with five start-ups under his belt. Todd has always been invested in community service. From 2003-2008 he advised Leon County School’s Citizen Oversight Committee the administration of ½ penny sales tax. He was the Chairman of the Board of the United Way 2006. He is a Founding member of Sustainable Tallahassee 2008. He was a member of TCC’s Capital Campaign Cabinet 2016. He served on the TCC Foundation Board 2017-2020. He was Chairman of Chamber of Commerce in 2010, received The Godfrey Smith Past Award 2019 and a member of Blueprint Sales Tax Committee.
